Choosing dog treats for dog's teeth

We want your furiends to avoid gum disease, to do this, we need to stop the plaque buildup turning into tartar, we don’t want them to be in pain and develop periodontitis, that won’t be good, we know Honeycomb is not too fond of visits to the vet!

Dog treats for teeth are more than just a tasty snack, when dogs chew, they scrape away plaque and tartar buildup, cleaning their teeth as they chew, our treats are great for this, and also make them salivate which is like a mouthwash, giving them fresh breath (unless they like eating possum poo!), let them chew for around 30 minutes, oh and don’t forget to brush their teeth!

While there are tons of treats for dog’s teeth available, remember - one size doesn't fit all! Small pups prefer treats sized for their little mouths, large pups need bigger chews to avoid choking and to make sure they reach those teeth.

Always check ingredients of dental chews, some green treats have nasties in them, so research the ingredients, we can say for sure, our treats have no additives and the doggos just love em!

Reduce boredom and anxiety. Chewing is a natural behaviour for dogs. Dog treats that are designed to be chewed can help to reduce boredom and anxiety, and can help to keep teeth clean.
