These terms and conditions govern the use of Dog Street's website and the purchase of products through the website. By using the website and/or placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Dog Street endeavors to provide accurate information about the products available on the website. 

Dog Street will process customer orders as soon as possible. We will use all reasonable efforts to deliver products within the estimated delivery time as indicated in the Shipping Policy.

The customer must pay for the products ordered in advance of delivery. Dog Street accepts payment by all major credit cards or debit cards as indicated in our FAQ's.

If the customer is not satisfied with the products received, the customer may return the products in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy. Dog Street will issue a refund for the purchase price of the returned products, or a replacement if requested. Customers may incur shipping and handling fees. Dog Street is committed to honouring consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, we provide high-quality products, if, in the period of 30 days from the date of delivery, you have any issues with the product, please see our Refund and Returns Policy. You must ensure your dog or cat is supervised at all times and you are responsible for the handling and care of all products.

Dog Street shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the products or the access or use of our website.

You must not abuse, harm, interfere with, or disrupt our services or systems. This includes:
o    Introducing malware.
o    Spamming, hacking, or bypassing our protective measures.
o    Jailbreaking, adversarial prompting, or prompt injection (except as part of our safety and bug testing programs).

You must not access or use our services or content in fraudulent or deceptive ways, such as:
o    Phishing.
o    Creating fake accounts or content (including fake reviews).
o    Providing services that falsely appear to originate from you (or someone else) when they actually originate from us.
o    Providing services that falsely appear to originate from us when they do not.

All intellectual property rights in the website and the products, are owned by the company. The customer or person shall not use or reproduce any trademark, trade name, or logo of the company without the prior written consent of the company.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes regarding the products or website are to be resolved by the courts having jurisdiction in Victoria.
