Incorrect product – If you receive an incorrect product, we will issue a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you. Please email bark@dogstreet.com.au or phone 0410419497 within 30 days of receiving the product and provide us with details of the incorrect product.
Damaged product – If you receive a damaged product (not caused by delivery mishandling), we will issue a full refund. Please email bark@dogstreet.com.au or phone 0410419497 within 30 days of receiving the product and provide us with a description of the damaged product.

Please include your order number, the reason for the refund or return, and any other relevant information, including images of the treats.
Our team will provide you with a return shipping label via email to download and print with clear instructions for returning the product.
Once we receive the product, we will process the request within 7-10 business days and if requested, issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Dog Street is happy to send replacement bags of treats where specific information has been provided showing the original treats received were not as described on our website.
