This Shipping Policy outlines the details of our shipping processes.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2 business days.

We use Australia Post who deliver 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, during the busy Christmas period, Australia Post provide a delivery service on Saturdays.

Each State or Territory have varying estimates for delivery times, you can expect your parcel from 2-12 days after the order is processed.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Dog Street offers free shipping for orders over $65. For orders under $65 a flat fee of $8.50 will be charged.

Dog Street uses Australia Post Parcel Post services sending from Victoria.

*Delivery times are estimates only and may take longer in remote or country regions. We will indicate on our website if we are aware of any delays with Australia Post.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Dog Street does not send any products overseas, therefore customs, duties and taxes do not apply.
